Dave Stearns is the Founder and President of Stearns Retirement Group, where he has helped individuals approach retirement with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind for twenty-five years. With his wealth of experience as a fiduciary, investment advisor representative, and licensed insurance broker, Dave specializes in creating thoughtful, long-term strategies centered on income planning and financial security. In an industry that often complicates matters for retirees, Dave uses plain English to help his clients understand their financial picture and feel confident about the decisions ahead.

Dave is known for his relationship-driven approach and his belief that retirement planning should feel personal and unhurried. His faith is central to his life and guides both his personal values and professional philosophy. Dave is passionate about family and missions and serves on the leadership team at his church, where he is actively involved in various ministries. Originally from Indiana, Dave is a proud graduate of Purdue University. He and his wife Shelley have seven children and seven grandchildren.
