Derek graduated from the University of Georgia in 2011. He joined Stearns Retirement Group in November 2022 after spending the previous 11 years at Liberty Mutual. He and his wife Mary have four children.
When Derek isn’t at the office, you can typically find him spending time with his family, volunteer coaching, playing golf, or cheering on the Bulldogs!
